Service Description

I get to know all about your health history, your symptoms, your roadblocks and your goals. Prior to the meeting you will complete a 3 day food and mood journal and the Nutri Q comprehensive questionnaire to assess symptom burden in the body. During this session, I design a personalized protocol for you with a nutritional plan and supplement, exercise, sleep and stress management recommendations.
